Returns & exchanges policy
All online orders come with a 7 day warranty in case of sizing issues or product defects for ONLY IN-HOUSE LATRE LINE PRODUCTS. There are NO REFUNDS, however you may exchange the product provided it is in its original form and all original packaging is included. Any other goods including but not limited to VINTAGE / DEADSTOCK / FRENCH / JAPANESE / AFRICAN / INDIGENOUS / MILITARY / JEWELERY / ACCESSORIES and SALES items are FINAL SALE. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
To be eligible for an exchange with our in-house line products, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers must pay return shipping charges. Customers outside of Canada are responsible for all shipping charges, duty, and taxes, required for exchanges. If you have requested an exchange, be advised that returning funds usually take 7-10 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds). LATRE has the right to refuse any exchange.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
